The primary purpose of Bible study is to know God and experience personal transformation. By engaging with Scripture, individuals seek to understand God's character, align their daily lives with His teachings, and grow in their faith. Here at New Beginnings Church, we believe the Word of God should be the ultimate guide for every believer. We host small groups for all ages at Tuesdays at 7:00 pm in the fellowship hall and various locations. It is through the Word of God that we grow deeper in our understanding and relationship with Jesus Christ.
For believers, studying the Bible serves several core functions:
- Spiritual Growth: It acts as spiritual nourishment, transforming hearts and minds to become more like Christ.
- Practical Guidance: It provides wisdom for making decisions, offering direction, correction, and encouragement for daily life.
- Connecting with God: It serves as a devotional practice to build intimacy with God and express worship.
- Equipping for Service: It prepares individuals to understand the Gospel and share it with others
